To pay by credit card, fill out the form (be sure to include your e-mail address) and click on the Invoice Me button at the bottom of the page, and we will invoice you via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card via PayPal.

If you are a club, shelter, or store, or if you are from outside the continental US, please fill out the form in its entirety but do not enter your credit card information. Shipping options are for UPS service WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Please contact our order department for U.S. Air mail rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, U.S. territories, and overseas.

Domestic merchandise orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless you specify another option in the menu above. Orders under $20 may be shipped U.S. Priority Mail at our discretion. We ship your order within 48 hours from the time it was received (not including weekends and holidays). After that, allow at least 3 business days to the west coast, up to 10 business days to the east coast for ground service. If you choose UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight Saver (afternoon delivery), add one day to your order's delivery schedule (UPS does not count the day the order is picked up). For example, if you order on Monday and choose UPS 3 Day Select, your order should arrive Friday (assuming your order form is filled out correctly).

Gift Certificates alone can be mailed first class (without a shipping charge).
